2. Attach clear images or videos of the damaged/defective product to your email.
3. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
4. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

We do not accept refund requests for:

1. Products damaged due to improper handling or care after delivery.
2. Products purchased under clearance or final sale.
3. Custom or personalized products.

“Can plants be returned? Unfortunately, no.

At Surekha Agro Products, we do not accept returns on plants and seeds, as the stress of transit both ways can harm them. However, we guarantee that every plant and seeds will reach your doorstep in excellent condition.

Please keep in mind that the plant may appear slightly dull due to transit stress. Rest assured, with proper care—such as sunlight and watering—it will recover and thrive in no time.

Cancellations

1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
