Care Tips:

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves. Can tolerate low light, but growth will be slower.
• Watering (Soil): If growing in soil (as with our self-watering pot), keep the reservoir filled. Allow the top inch of soil to dry slightly between waterings.
• Watering (Water Only): If growing in water only (not in the self-watering pot), change the water completely every 1-2 weeks. Use filtered or distilled water, or let tap water sit out for 24 hours to allow chlorine to dissipate. The water level should always cover the roots.
• Humidity: Average room humidity is fine.
• Temperature: Prefers average room temperatures (65-80°F / 18-27°C). Avoid cold drafts.
• Soil (if using): A well-draining potting mix is best. Our self-watering pot is designed for optimal drainage.
• Fertilizing: Fertilize very sparingly. If growing in soil, use a diluted liquid fertilizer a few times a year during the growing season. If growing in water, add a very small amount of liquid fertilizer to the water every few months. Do not overfertilize.
